This website and community are operated by Introverted Trader. Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Introverted Trader.
By accessing our website, joining our community, or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.
Our community is hosted on the Skool platform. By joining, you also agree to Skool's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any new features or content added to our Services will also be subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violation of any intellectual property or copyright laws.

Keep your login credentials confidential
Not share your membership access with others
Respect other community members
Use our Services only for lawful purposes
Take full responsibility for your own trading decisions

Post spam or solicitations without permission
Share misleading information
Upload malicious code, scrape content, or attempt to compromise our Services
Collect personal information of other members
We may terminate your access for violating these guidelines without refund.
4. Code Sharing & Intellectual Property
Community Content: We encourage members to share code, indicators, and strategies. When you share content, you represent you have the right to share it, and you grant other members permission to use and learn from it. You retain ownership of your work.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring anything you share or use doesn't infringe on third-party intellectual property, licensing agreements, or platform terms of service.
Liability: Introverted Trader is not responsible for content shared by community members. We don't review or endorse member-shared content. Use it at your own risk.
Our Content & License: All templates, scripts, and code provided by Introverted Trader are our intellectual property. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this code for your own trading. You may modify the code for personal use, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the source code (original or modified) under any circumstances.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payment is handled through Skool. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime through Skool—you'll retain access until your billing period ends.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to all community content, we do not offer refunds.
If you experience a billing error, contact us and we'll resolve it.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
The educational nature of our Services and all risk disclosures are further detailed in our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that any code templates, scripts, indicators, or educational materials will be free from bugs, errors, or compatibility issues. You are responsible for thoroughly testing all code and strategies in a simulated or paper-trading environment before using them with real funds.
All performance discussions, examples, backtests, or simulations are hypothetical and are governed by the Hypothetical Performance Disclosure in our Disclaimer.
We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or other damages arising from your use of our Services. Please review our full Disclaimer for important information about trading risks.
Our Services rely on third-party platforms and tools (including Skool, NinjaTrader, brokers, data feeds, and APIs). We are not responsible for outages, platform changes, data interruptions, or third-party service failures.
7. Indemnification
You agree to hold Introverted Trader harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or content you share in our community.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. No refunds for termination due to Terms violations.
We may also suspend or terminate access for non-payment, chargebacks, suspected abuse, or attempts to circumvent membership restrictions or licensing terms.
9. Third-Party Platforms
NinjaTrader: NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC. No NinjaTrader company has any affiliation with Introverted Trader or endorses our products or services.
Skool: Our community is hosted on Skool and subject to their terms.
10. Affiliate & Referral Program
If you participate in our affiliate program (managed via Skool), you agree to the following:
Scope: Commissions apply only to the specific plans designated by us. We may change percentages or discontinue the program at any time.
Strict Marketing Rules: You may not make false claims, promise guaranteed income, or use "get rich quick" marketing to promote our community. You must disclose your affiliate status to your audience (e.g., "I earn a commission if you join").
Termination: We may ban any affiliate and withhold unpaid commissions if you violate these rules.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Texas.
